Lesson 48 – Living a Life of Grace

My instructions are so simple.  Yet why does it often seem so difficult to surrender to my flow?  The choice is yours to make, my dear one.  You choose struggle or you choose surrender.    It is up to you.  I do not put struggle into your life.

Struggle is what separates my children from  me.  Struggle is not my way.  My way is effortless.  That is what my children are so hungry to learn.  They want to learn how to remove struggle from their lives.  They want to relate to one another, they want to relate to themselves, they want to relate to me, with ease and grace.  This is what they are seeking.

Many find it, only to lose it again.  Their experience of living a life of grace is fleeting.  Through repeated practice, you will discover how to make that a lasting expression of who you are.

Be with what’s so.  Live each day fully.  Know that tomorrow will be just as wondrous as today.  Radiate fulfillment.  Radiate certainty.  Radiate clarity.  Radiate love.

Breathe deeply.  As you exhale, feel all the limiting thoughts of your mind leave you.  For they serve no purpose whatsoever.  Rid yourself of them.  Order them to go.  Focus not on them.  They must become so unfamiliar to you that they appear foreign to your way of being.

Continue to practice.  Remind yourself unceasingly that limiting thoughts have no place in your universe.  They were created through your experience with man.  They are not of me.  Banish them!  You can do this!  Start now.
